By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of RFORCE, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and, where applicable, our Parental Consent Form.

2. User Accounts & Conduct

To access certain features, such as commenting or creating robot profiles, you must create an account. You must provide accurate information, including name, age, and username. If you are under 13, your parent or legal guardian must complete registration on your behalf using the parental consent process.

You are responsible for any content you post. Inappropriate content—including, but not limited to, offensive, unrelated, or non-robotics-related media (e.g., pet pictures)—is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any content or account that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Age Requirements and Parental Consent
  • Under 13: Requires verified parental consent via our Parental Consent Form.
  • 13 to 17: May register, but cannot complete payments. A parent or guardian must subscribe on their behalf.
  • 18+: May register, subscribe, and use all services.

By signing the registration form, parents of children under 13 agree to these Terms and authorize account creation.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

  • No refunds. Users may cancel their subscriptions anytime via the “My Account” dashboard.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the RFORCE website, including logos, data structures, text, designs, robot profiles, the RFORCE Index (patent pending), and related assets, is the exclusive property of Robot Force LLC, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the website content without express written permission.

RFORCE may include links to products or services that are affiliate partnerships. If you click these links and make a purchase, RFORCE may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Note: RFORCE does not currently engage in affiliate marketing but reserves the right to do so in the future.

We may link to or embed content from platforms such as YouTube, robotevents.com, Stripe, and various social media or team websites. RFORCE is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party platforms.

8. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Acceptable User Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets the standards for participation in the RFORCE platform, operated by Robot Force LLC RFORCE LLC. Our mission is to build a global robotics competition community based on respect, innovation, and shared success.

By using RFORCE, you agree to abide by this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 13, your account must be created by a parent or guardian in accordance with our Parental Consent Form.

1. Purpose of the Community

RFORCE exists to foster:

  • Respectful collaboration among robotics enthusiasts worldwide.
  • Knowledge-sharing to improve robotics competition skills and strategies.
  • Healthy competition as a motivational tool, never as a cause for disrespect.
  • A united effort where individual teams strive for victory while contributing to the advancement of the global robotics community.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following actions are strictly prohibited on RFORCE:

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content.
  • Harassment, bullying, or targeted attacks.
  • Spam or unsolicited self-promotion.
  • Offensive, profane, or violent language.
  • Off-topic content unrelated to robotics competition.
  • Illegal content, including pirated software or explicit material.
  • Impersonating individuals or organizations.
  • Posting false or misleading information.
  • Exploiting minors or collecting personal data from them.
  • Posting AI-generated content or code.
3. Profiles and Public Pages

All content, profiles, and posts must:

  • Relate to robotics competition or further the knowledge of the robotics competition community.
  • Avoid unrelated personal material (e.g., pet photos, jokes, non-competition media).
  • Use common sense and reasonable judgment in deciding what is relevant.
  • Links to external sites (e.g., organization websites, social media, YouTube robot reveal videos) are allowed, but all links will be subject to review for compliance with this Policy.
4. Moderation and Enforcement

We actively monitor content and review all reports.

Violation handling process:

  1. Inappropriate content will be removed immediately.
  2. The user will be contacted with an explanation for the removal.
  3. If violations are repeated, the user’s account will be permanently removed.

We reserve the right to remove any content or accounts for any reason. In all cases, subscriptions will be canceled, and an explanation will be provided.

5. Reporting Content

Users can report content by using the Contact function on the site, selecting the “Report” subject, and providing details of the content in question. All reports will be reviewed.
